Founder : R.D. Sequeira
- Lower Primary ( I-V Std) was recognized in the year 1939. From then on till 1975, Very Rev. Fr. Msgr. Antony Patrao was the correspondent of the school.
- 1975-78, Rev. Fr. G.L. D’Cruz and Rev. Fr. C.T. Sequeira were the correspondents.
- In 1978 Rev. Fr. Valerian D’Souza became the Correspodent and in his time, the new school building with basic infrastructure were constructed.
- In 1979, the institution come under C B E Mangalore.
- In 1983,the institution come was recognized as higher primary school.

- From 2007 onwards Mrs. Vinni Mascarenhas is carrying out her duty as the Head Mistress of the School.
- From 2007 onwards, Very Rev. Fr. Gerald D’Souza is the Correspondent of the Institution.

- Partition between the classes with walls so as to avoid all the inconveniences caused to students and teachers.
